OUR SHOOTING DISCIPLINES

At Pinjar Rifle Club, we are proud to offer a range of shooting disciplines that adhere to the Standard Shooting Rules (SSR's) of the National Rifle Association of Australia (NRAA). Whether you're a seasoned marksman or new to the sport, our club provides a welcoming environment for all levels of experience.

Target Rifle

Discipline

The target rifle discipline is a long-standing, long-range shooting sport that utilizes traditional open sights.

F Class Open

Discipline

F Class Open allows for a wide range of calibres, rifle weights, and styles, including the use of telescopic sights.

Production Class

Sporter Discipline

Designed to accommodate standard, shop-bought sporting rifles on NRAA ranges, these guidelines aim to encourage participation and foster membership.

F Class Standard

Discipline

F Class Standard includes bolt action rifles chambered for 7.62mm x 51mm NATO (.308 Winchester) or 5.56mm x 45mm NATO (.223 Remington).

Discipline

F/TR Class rifles are limited to .223 Remington or .308 Winchester calibres.
